A mistake you really don't want to make

A perennial border. I will not be showing you a picture of the other word.

Today I was reading a post about gardens where the writer was talking about her "perineal" plants. 

Here's the definition of "perineal":
 of or pertaining to the region of the body between the anus and the scrotum or vulva
 What she meant, of course, was "perennial".
